Cancel Accommodation

If you no longer require accommodation, please follow the steps below to cancel your accommodation request.

  1. Click Accommodations from the left-side menu.
  2. Click thethree dots icon in the accommodation that you want to cancel. Click Cancel Accommodation.


     
  3. To confirm the cancelation, click Yes. If you do not want to cancel your accommodation, click No to keep your accommodation active.
    Note: If you decide to cancel the accommodation, your previous ATT will be canceled, and a new ATT will be issued.


     
  4. The status will now be reflected as Canceled.
