Change NRB (Before ATT)

Follow the steps below to change your NRB before being issued an ATT:

Change NRB

  1. Click the Application icon on the left-side menu.   

      
     
  2. The status of the application will be shown as Awaiting Approval.   

      
     
  3. Click thethree dots in the top right corner of the application and select the Change NRB option.   

      
     
  4. To continue, click the I Agree to the Terms and Conditions checkbox, then click the Agree button to confirm and proceed. Click Cancel to exit the process and remain on the same page.   
    Note: By proceeding with the change, you acknowledge that a non-refundable fee will be applied after registration.   

Choose the Nursing Regulatory Body (NRB)

  1. After clicking Agree, you will be redirected to the page where you can change the NRB.    
  2. Select your Country, State/Province, and Nursing Regulatory Body from the dropdown menu or click the state on the map. 
  3. To continue, click Next. To exit the registration process, click Cancel to exit without making any changes. To return to the previous page, click Back.   

Select an Exam

  1. Click Exam dropdown and select the exam from the dropdown list.
  2. To proceed, click the Next button. To exit without saving, click the Cancel button. Click the Back button to return to the previous page.  

General Information

  1. The next step in the application process is completing the General Information form.  
    Note:
    1. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be completed. 
    2. The following fields will be automatically prepopulated and cannot be edited: First Name, Last Name, Gender, Zip Code, Country, State, and City. If a change is needed, the candidate can go to the demographic form (For more information on demographic forms, click Section Profile) and request the change.
    3. Ensure that you review the prepopulated information in the form. The form may vary based on the NRB selection.
  2. When you have completed your form, click Next to proceed. To exit without saving, click Cancel.  

Education History

  1. On the education page, provide the details of your completed education.
  2. Complete all required fields, including Country, State/Providence, Program Name, and Graduation Date.
  3. Click Next to proceed. To exit without saving, click Cancel. To return to the previous page click Back

Accommodation

  1. If you do not require accommodation for your exam, select No and then click Next.  
  2. If you require accommodation for your exam, select Yes and select your Exam Mode (remote or in a test center), Accommodation Type, and Reason for Accommodation
  3. Upload supporting documentation for your accommodation. Accepted document format includes PDF, JPEG, or PNG and must be no larger than 4 MB. 
  4. Click Add New Accommodation if you require additional accommodation. 
  5. When you are finished, click Next to proceed to the policy page. To go back to the previous page, click Back. To exit without saving, click Cancel

NCSBN Exam Policies

  1. Once you have completed the registration form, please read the policies, and agree to the Terms and Conditions and agree to the NCSBN Biometric policy. 


     
  2. Click the Submit button to submit your exam registration application for review and approval. To return the previous page, click the Back button. To exit without saving and submitting, click Cancel.


     
  3. To proceed with submitting your registration application, click Proceed to continue to payment. To change your NRB or exam type, click Change NRB.

Payment Process

Cart Information

  1. In the cart, you can review information including Exam Name, Fee Type, Unit Price, and Amount.   
  2. Click Next to proceed to the billing address. To exit without making a payment, click Cancel.

     

Billing Address

  1. Enter your billing address associated with your payment method. If it is the same address in your application, click Same as personal information.  
  2. Click Next to proceed with the payment. To go back to the previous screen, click Back. To exit without saving, click Cancel.

Payment

  1. Select a payment option from Credit Card, PayPal, Online Banking, Affirm, and Wallet.  
  2. Enter the payment details based on your payment method. 
  3. Click Make Payment to complete the transaction. To return to the previous page, click Back. To exit without making a payment, click Cancel.

Payment Success

  1. After clicking Make Payment, you will receive the payment receipt.   
  2. Click the X close icon in the top right corner to close the window.


     
  3. You will be able to view the application, where the initial application status is now marked as Cancelled. The new application status will show as Awaiting Approval.
    Note: Payment Information: A fee will be required from the candidate upon completion of the process.
